We are so excited to announce the opening of Nshape YOGA STUDIO!  We have a commitment to our guest to focus on all aspects of health & beauty.  Whether its to loose weight, lower blood pressure, or simply to reduce stress, we will continue to grow our wellness services in order to see you reach your goals!  

 

Currently we offer YOGA & PILATES classes, as well we have contracted the services of VIP Fitness & BarreNone BARRE classes.  Beginning Feb 2013 we will begin another run training group for the triple crown and we will offer numerous workshops such as foam rolling and sports nutrition!  We will help you be the best YOU possible in 2013!

 

OUR YOGA STUDIO IS NOW OPEN!

 

We pride ourselves in bringing the BEST IN THE INDUSTRY together to create a powerful team of professionals!  We are so excited to introduce you to our lead YOGA instructor, Elizabeth McNeil.  

 

Elizabeth offers classes suitable for beginners and intermediate students alike.  Elizabeth received her training through Yoga East and is an affiliate instructor at the 200 hr level.  In 2009, she completed the requirements to become a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 hr level.   She has taught in the Elizabethtown community for six years from 2004 to 2010.  She returns to teaching after completing her education to be a Physical Therapist Assistant.  Elizabeth has studied with master yoga teachers including David Swenson, Richard Freeman, Tias Little, and Francois Raoult and continues her education primarily at Yoga East with guest teachers.  Her classes are a blend of both Ashtanga and Iyengar styles, flowing classes with emphasis on form and alignment.

Join us Monday 5:00pm, Tues 9:00am, Thursday 9:00am & 5:45pm, and Saturday 9:30am & 11:00am!
